2. Payment Terms

• Payments are due as agreed in the proposal or invoice.
  
  

• Work may commence only after an agreed deposit is received (unless otherwise stated).
  
  

• Late payments may result in delays, suspension of services, or additional fees.

3. Revisions & Deliverables

• Each project includes [3] rounds of revisions (unless otherwise stated in the proposal).
  
  

• Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
  
  

• Final deliverables will be sent in digital format unless otherwise agreed.

4. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, clients receive rights to use the final approved copy for the agreed purpose(s).
  
  

• NexaCraft Ai retains the right to use project details (without confidential information) for internal records, learning, or marketing unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
  
  

• Drafts, unused concepts, and background materials remain the intellectual property of NexaCraft Ai.

5. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality. Any proprietary or sensitive information shared with us will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent, unless required by law.

6. Limitations of Liability

• NexaCraft Ai provides copywriting services designed to improve brand communication and conversions. However, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., sales numbers, leads, or traffic increases).
  
  

• We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or third-party issues beyond our control.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

• Due to the customized nature of copywriting services, refunds are not typically provided once work has begun.
  
  

• If a project is canceled mid-way, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the cancellation date.

8. Use of Website

• Visitors must not use our website for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or distribute malicious content.
  
  

• Content on this site (text, graphics, layouts) is owned by NexaCraft Ai and protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
